Leinhäuser Language Services GmbH offers an AI-powered translation service via the wxrks platform. The service uses pretrained machine learning models for automated text translation. Entries are not stored or used to train other models.
Note on AI processing
Content (texts, terminologies, style guides) is processed automatically during use. A human review is only carried out if commissioned accordingly.
Obligations of the user
- The user ensures that he or she is authorized to enter and process the data.
- No confidential, classified, or personal data may be entered.
- The user undertakes to refrain from entering any illegal or copyrighted content.
Limitation of liability
Leinhäuser Language Services GmbH is not liable for erroneous translations or inadmissible entries by the user. The user alone remains responsible for the correctness of the content and the legal validity of the entries.
Data protection and third country transfer
Processing may involve data being transmitted to servers in the United States. The Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission apply. You can find additional information in our privacy policy.
Usage logs & monitoring
Technical logs on access and entries are stored to prevent misuse.
Changes to the service
Leinhäuser Language Services GmbH reserves the right to make technical adjustments or functional changes to the translation system where they serve to improve performance or to meet statutory requirements.
