Julia loves languages! She studied to be a translator for English and Spanish, and also speaks a little French and Italian — and to keep things from getting boring, she practices her Danish in her free time. It’s only logical that such a linguist would end up at Leinhäuser sooner or later.
In her role as account manager, she loves to work with technical documents, and her proclivity for exactness and grammatical correctness really shines when it comes to making edits. For a bit of variety every now and then, she’ll take on texts that can be translated more freely, which she enjoys just as much.
But Julia isn’t creative in her job alone; when it comes to cooking and baking, she really lets her imagination run wild.
And when she needs a little more action, she can be found doing sports. Aside from that, Julia loves to be in the great outdoors. She loves to travel as much as she possibly can and has set the U.S. as her next destination. But usually her journeys lead her to the Saarland to visit her family.
What she appreciates about Leinhäuser is the easy-going and cheerful atmosphere. She doesn’t just bring her professional translation know-how to the table; as a former employee of a coffee roastery, she also has a few tricks up her sleeve for making the best milk foam. All in all, a double win for us! We’re glad to have her on board.
