Claudia Schindler

Claudia joined Leinhäuser in July 2023 and finds working among linguists fascinating, noting, “Leinhäuser colleagues have a deep understanding of different languages ​​and cultures, which is invaluable for harmonious coexistence in a globalized world.”

She strongly believes in the importance of investing in employee development, maintaining a positive culture, and both fostering and earning employee loyalty.

After earning her Abitur, Claudia completed training as a financial advisor for private clients in Munich. Responsible for managing teams, she found herself increasingly interested in the human resources aspects of her work. She decided to pursue what interested her most and studied business administration to become a human resources specialist.

Having spent the majority of her career in the banking sector, based in Germany and Spain, Claudia was most recently based in the greater Munich area with an international specialist manufacturing company, where she was responsible for recruiting, employee training, and process and HR optimization.

Born and raised in Bavaria, Claudia enjoys Bavarian music and spending time in nature, especially the mountains. When vacation time allows, she travels to her favorite destinations  in Spain — Costa Brava and the Canary Islands — where she can enjoy the lifestyle and maintain her Spanish-language skills.

At some point, when she has more free time, Claudia hopes to learn Italian and Portuguese, but, she’s the first to admit that learning languages isn’t her forte, especially when she compares herself to her linguistically trained colleagues!
