Isabel doesn’t do anything halfway – whether during her free time or at work. Off the clock, she rides fast horses, scales tall mountains and hunts for the perfect shot with her camera.
In her work, she keeps both feet planted firmly on the ground and she’s not easily thrown off balance.
This quality certainly saves her hide during the complex multilingual and audiovisual projects that come across her desk. For Isabel, subtitling has quickly gone from a specialization to a passion; and looking through the language lens, a complete picture of versatility emerges. In addition to her native language of German, Isabel also speaks English, Russian and Hebrew. And judging by how often she likes to hop into the saddle and explore Middle Eastern countries, we assume it won’t be long before she adds even more languages to her repertoire.
